MRF was contracted by URS Qatar LLC to provide expert opinion and review of aspects of the EIA addressing Turtle Environmental Management Planning and Protection on behalf of Suez Energy Middle East. MRF’s scope of services included reviewing and providing input to EIA sections addressing marine turtle protection in conjunction with the proposed power plant.
